Sables

Our concept

The menu features mostly dishes designed to be shared, with some that can be eaten without utensils. A vegetarian option is available upon request for those who prefer not to eat seafood.

The drink selection features exclusively natural or biodynamic wines, iced tea, and house lemonade, as well as a gin bar for aperitifs or digestifs.

The dining room’s ambiance reflects our shared values and vision. The decor and tableware were designed by Hippo and Léo, once again drawing inspiration from the sea at Sables d’Or Les Pins.

We welcome you Tuesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner.
